Who Are We?
We are a group of breast cancer sisters who want to make a difference for women in our communities. Our manifesto is to bring comfort and hope to individuals and families that are affected by breast cancer. Our team is dedicated to fight for those who do not have the resources to do so.
Kim Joggerst
President and Survivor
Kim was diagnosed with breast cancer in 2018 at the age of 41. Her treatment consisted of 6 rounds of chemotherapy, a double mastectomy and full hysterectomy in 2019. Now, in year 5 of her remission, Kim spends her time building community relationships. Her mobile plant design and styling business, The Wandering Maven, is key to cultivating stronger bonds with other advocates. Kinetic became a reality when Kim realized the significant need for a local organization that focuses on women who are socially and economically disadvantaged.
Amy Baker
Vice President and Survivor
Amy Baker worked as a pediatric speech pathologist for twenty years, and is a mother of four along with being a grandmother of two. She was diagnosed in 2021 and beat breast cancer within six months. She now works as an executive assistant and spends her free-time advocating for other women.
